If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly resend a replacement. Please email a clear photo of the damage so I can take care of it right away.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it, please mail back the original item. We gladly accept exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

No returns or exchanges on personalized or custom commission pieces.

What if your USPS-tracked package is lost?

  1. If your package is marked “Delivered” (including to a community mailbox, parcel locker, or front door), please first check with members of your household, neighbors, or your local building office in case it was misdelivered.
