Processing Times:
Ready-to-Ship Items:
Ship within 4-8 business days of purchase.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
Ship within 7–10 business days of purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Carriers:
All orders are shipped from Plano, Texas, USA.

U.S. Orders:
Shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.

Canadian Orders:
Shipped via USPS, then delivered by Canada Post once across the border.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch):
USA: 3–8 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days

Packaging:
Each home décor piece is securely packed and shipped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Tracking numbers are provided with every parcel shipment.

Customs & Import Fees:
International regulations require that we declare the full value of your purchase on customs forms. Please note: some countries may charge duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is in the hands of the postal carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at  — we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
