Returns or Exchanges:
If ever you receive a damaged item, I shall resend another one, simply send me a picture.
If ever you are not satisfied with your purchase, and want to exchange, please mail back the original. I gladly accept exchanges if you contact me within 7 days of delivery. However buyer will have to pay return shipping and any custom fees.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

I don't accept cancellations on shipped items. So please make sure you have read all the details in your listing. Please feel free to email me any questions before you order.

What if your CANADA POST TRACKED package is lost?
From my experience in these cases here are the next steps:
1. Your package is marked delivered- "Delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox" In these cases, please check if your neighbours received it in their mailbox due to postal error.
2. If you do not locate the package, you, the customer must initiate the first call to Canada post and let them know the situation so they can look into it. You only have 3 days to call in from when the package was marked as delivered.
3. After this, the sender, myself, will call Canada Post and launch a claim to investigate. This process does take time, and Canada Post will contact you to fill out forms before they process any claims.
