Our standard time is 3-6 business days, not including shipping times. We often aim to pack your order faster than the standard times.
During higher volume times, such as sales, promos, holiday season, product launches, this time may be extended. If you need an order in a rush, please send us an email or use our chat, before you order. We can let you know if we can accommodate a rush order.
“Made to order” products will be handcrafted within 5-7 business days
Made to Order
Products labeled as “Made to Order” require us to handcraft the product once the order is received. Each product takes a minimum of 3 days to cure before we are able to package it. Our standard turnaround times fluctuate based on the volume of “Made to order” orders we have in queue. We aim to complete orders in 5-7 business days.
